Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of bath products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once we inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
